It definitely is, I am using the latest CCCP. If you have suggestions as to how to fix massive audiovisual desync during heavy kfx like the flaming lyrics then please suggest something, thank you.

Tried K-lite, it stops rendering the subs where CCCP would give me AV lag…
What are your computer specs?

I suggest you try completely uninstalling cccp, klite, kcp any of those and then restart. After that, reinstall cccp at default and try again. Your computer should be capable. We even lightened the kfx for this episode.

It works a bit better now after restart and re-install of CCCP, but it still lags at the end of longer sentences that have the flaming kfx (the kfx looks awesome btw) :(
I wish i knew how to make it better. I think ultimately it may just be a cpu limitation. Perhaps the on-board graphics or something.

Its probably the onboard graphics, I did some research and intel seems to have bombed this particular version intel HD(bay trail) when compared to intel HD(ivy bridge).
