BS11 is a Japanese TV Channel. We’re waiting for it to air there. The order is very fluid, but in general TL probably happens first and Encode probably happens last.

There seems to be a problem with the pictures/covers in the ‘projects’ section. They aren’t shown and when I click on the title I just get a 404 page (for example: ‘The requested URL /wp-content/uploads/2014/12/maria.jpg was not found on this server.’ )

I hear that a lot of people find that VLC Media player isn’t all that great when it comes to playback of sub heavy shows. I have been using it for years, but what would you suggest as a replacement?
I suggest CCCP or Kawai Codec pack. Both has advantages.

Quick question, i have both Danmachi and Punchline on my “must watch as fast as possible” list, but i always hated and will hate censorship and after kira reviews close down i dont have any good places to ask this questions. So how was the censorship? Im not asking for the changes between BD and TV since BD isint fully done yet, but knowing if it was censored or not will help me out.

Naturally, we’re bias and would suggest waiting for our release. However, the choice is ultimately up to you.
Our BD release will contain various tweaks and fixes that any release using our TV subs will be missing. Plus we’re confident our encode will look and sound a lot better than any alternative release.

It’ll stay @Public QC until the Project Leader is confident all the derps have been reported and they’re ready to batch. In this instance, however, the Project Leader (me) managed to get laid up for a while and it has since pushed everything back. I hope to have it done in the next two or three weeks, but we’ll see.

Yes. Volume 1 has been encoded, it’s just waiting for me to batch the TV releases before we can put the script on it.

So I take it you’re doing Qualidea Code then. Rather interested in how it’s going to turn out, hope it doesn’t play it safe and turn out generic. Well even if it does at least the music will turn out excellent due to Taku Iwasaki composing the soundtrack for the series plus lisa will perform the opening theme song, ClariS will perform the first ending theme song, and GARNiDELiA will perform the second ending theme song.

Do you guys actually do your own subs or just take someone else’ and reuse them?
If you look at our projects page, for some shows we translate the show ourselves. For other shows, we take the official subs as a base and fix translation errors and improve the writing.
In every case, we typeset the signs of the shows ourselves as well as retime the subtitles. We also translate the songs and add effects to most of the lyrics.
I can’t even remember when the last time I see DDY finished a project.
Any plans to pickup Danmachi season 2? I really enjoyed your work for season 1 and wishing that you would continue subbing season 2 XD
