    It’s just freeze frames. They take a still frame and draw it out for an extra 24 frames or whatever. There hasn’t been anything new outside of some shifted/redrawn mouth movement. Unfortunately half the time they add mouth movement where there shouldn’t be any. It’s a really sloppy job on the studio’s part

      Yeah, it sounds really messy.
      I guess the studio is busy with S2 and there’s no real quality assurance for the director’s cut.
