Thank the nyaamageddon for delayed release.
Sereft: Greetings. All flights belonging to Nyaa Airlines have reportedly vanished from the radar once again as of approximately the 31st of August, 10:02PM AEST. Emergency safety measures have been immediately deployed for the inconvenienced and Tokyo Tosho inept. Torrent links will now temporarily direct you to the .torrent file hosted on TT.
Nyaamageddon is back
Thanks for the release!
Drop TT they said, all you need is nyaa they said.
Good thing we didnt! However, TT has been up and down too. It’s under the same DDoS attack as nyaa
Sereft still best flight attendant
A good alternative site to upload your work is -> tracker.anime-index . org
Unfortunately, including that tracker in your .torrent will block the upload to nyaa when it comes back. Luckily, we have always used minglong rather than nyaa’s tracker so we can still provide the link.
All we have to actually do is create a new torrent; which we have and swap out the tracker from anime-index to nyaa tracker. Since we use 3 trackers in every torrent. The torrent file will still seed the exact same way.
Then when adding files onto nyaa of course.
Sure. That’s just extra effort. It’s easier and just as effective to just use minglong, nyaa if needed. Then i’m not having to deal with generating multiple torrent files
Generating an extra torrent is actually like 8 clicks on a mouse. Personally I keep the trackers organized in separate notepads. Its basically copy nyaa tracker and sub trackers(2 clicks). Paste trackers(2 clicks). Locate and open file (2 clicks). Generate torrent(1 click). Add torrent (1 click). Given the number of sites I visit a day or compared to the mass texting I wind up doing. Its not really a big task to do something that would probably take me less then 15 to 30 seconds.
That’s just me.
Forgive me for being lazy haha. I could probably do it but i’d have to rewrite my distro script as well. Releasing as I have it down takes about 3 seconds.
Thank you
so much for Daiz’s dropTT.md
Long Live TokyoTosho
TT is still useless by itself. A tracker is still necessary.
Regardless. Classic case of eggs all in one basket. :)
Good luck with that roller coaster xD
O_o for a min, i thought ppl was gonna point fingers at TT for the ddos on nyaa…
TT is under attack too. And Crunchyroll and us and others.
>implying doki isn’t the one behind it
They seem strangely unaffected by all this don’t you think?
no i don’t. they’re on ovh, same as us, which has very good DDoS mitigation. even if they were being DDoS’d they probably wouldn’t even notice. The only reason I can tell is because Cloudflare notified me of unusually high traffic.
Now I wanna grab a Starbucks. :P
