Note that the Babel tower’s notice board is actually in (very bad) English. Because I’m so nice I’ve typeset the Babel tower’s notice board as a second sub track, as I understand it’s not easy to read. So for the curious amongst you, just hit S in MPC or V in VLC to cycle through the subtitle tracks. Also note the second track only consists of that one scene, so you’ll need to cycle back to the actual subtitles at some point.

Ya know… Wouldn’t it be epic for Bell to stay the same RANK and just keep on getting status increases till he reaches or even surpasses the MAX Stats? He can really be a Legendary HERO on this trait alone… THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!!!

Not really… But somewhere along the lines of having almost, if not MAX, STATs while staying in RANK ONE or something…
That would be like having a level 100 Magikarp. It’s only cool to the person that did it.
Guess what デスサーティーン is trying to portray is one who is publicly only at LVL. ONE with all status at MAX or perhaps have very high numbers, like over 9000 or almost 100000(If even possible.)
If memory serves me correctly… A similar situation already occurred on a member of elements… Name’s Aqua something something… But in this example, the chara was reduced back to level one rather than staying level one from the start. See “Accel World” for more details…

He already has, His agility is ranked SS (1049). According to the LN’s, it shouldn’t be possible to get higher than S (999) in any ability.

Indeed… He can truly be the strongest Lv.1 that dual-wields knives/dagger(s) and such. Although having a title like ” The Fastest ” would be nice as well…
