After comparing MX, BS11 and CR video, we’ve decided to use CR video to give the greatest level of quality but also to not delay our releases. The v2 also includes some ED changes and two minor script changes. Unfortunately, a patch will not be provided for this release.

Bitrate doesnt mean everything. Its preferable to use a higher bitrate option. But when it also has mpeg2 artifacts an broadcast issues to deal with, sometimes CRs video ends up better
