  Every ‘serious’ season Kana-chan’s hair loses some of its shine and so does she. It was supposed to happen I guess, but man, this season is brutal. I don’t see any Sagara-at-school fun any time soon. Still a badass show.

    I think their goal is to wrap up the overall plot which requires setting aside some of the fumoffu-type antics. That said, I think this has been the best season so far for the plot-driven stuff and the overall production value.
